A Gentle EFT Routine Before Sleep
A short tapping routine for settling the day, easing mental chatter and preparing for rest.
Bedtime can be the moment when unfinished thoughts become loudest. A brief EFT routine can help you acknowledge the day rather than continue arguing with it.
Choose one theme
Focus on the most noticeable issue: mental replay, tomorrow’s tasks, physical tension or a general sense of being on alert. Rate its intensity without trying to analyse it.
Tap through the points using a phrase such as “all this activity in my mind” or “my body is still holding the day.” Slow your breathing and allow your voice to soften.
End with permission to pause
Try: “I may not solve everything tonight, and I can allow this day to end.” This is not a promise that sleep will come immediately. It is permission to stop working on the problem for now.
Keep lights low and avoid turning the practice into another task you must perform perfectly.
